This offer is valid on between 04^th September 2024 to 31^stDecember2024.
All Eligible customer shall be entitled to an offer which consists of a one way ﬂight ticket to domestic destination (Base Fare Only) within India.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall be deciding the airline for travel purpose of the Eligible customer as per the offer term and Eligible customer will not have a choice to select any airline of their choice.
There is a strict limit of one booking per household and per Eligible customer for the duration of the promotion.
The oﬀer is applicable on a direct ﬂight only. The oﬀer is not applicable on any connecting ﬂights.
It is valid for all sectors subject to a flight time not more than 55 hours.
The Eligible customer must mention 2 alternative destination and dates of travel on the Booking Request Tab. The first date of travel has to be intimated 40 days prior from the date of submission of booking. There should be a diﬀerence of minimum 10 days between two alternative travel date(s). Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall ensure to book the dates of travel chosen by the Eligible customer subject to availability of promotional fare. In case, if the chosen date of travel cannot be booked due to some reason then the Eligible customer may be oﬀered alternative dates of travel by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., which may be before or after the date’s speciﬁed in the Booking Request Tab. Such an oﬀer shall fulﬁll all promotional obligations by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. to the Eligible customers. In certain sectors, if promotional fares are not available, Rewardport reserves to ask for alternate destination and dates again subject to availability of promotional fare.

The services offered under herein are strictly promotional and attract no liability of whatsoever nature against the provider.
Eligible customers to register the voucher on dbsairoffer.rewardzpromo.com on or before 31^stDecember2024 to be eligible to claim their free ﬂight ticket.
Within 7 working days of receiving the completed Booking Request, RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall send payment link to the Eligible customer regarding his/her booking request for the total amount due towards taxes and other charges (other charges including but not limited to airport charges, development fee, passenger service fee, user development fee, Govt taxes, Insurance) (i.e. all charges excluding base fare) on the Eligible customers registered Email id or via SMS on their registered mobile no. No amendments will be entertained once the payment link is sent. If payment not made within 24 hours, the link will expire and no further bookings will be entertained thereafter and the offer shall stand lapsed for the Eligible customer.
The Eligible customers is deemed to have understood that these taxes/charges may be subject to change beyond Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.’s control and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable or in any manner responsible for the same.
The choice of destination will be shared by the Eligible customer. However, Airlines and timing will be selected by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. Only direct ﬂights towards the destination will be booked.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. will pick the cheapest ﬂight available on particular date as instructed by the Eligible customer and communicate the same to the Eligible customer along with the taxes payable accordingly. Eligible customer will not have the option to choose the timings of the ﬂight. No option shall be given to the Eligible customer to modify or change the ﬂights.
The Eligible customer has to provide their PAN / Aadhaar Card number to Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.
There will be a few black out days. During which no bookings shall be made but the registration of Voucher can be done during this period. No bookings of Air Ticket will be allowed for the blackout days.
This Voucher will not be valid where the destination of travel is having a national conference, festival, sporting event etc. during the period of travel. Further, Rewardport shall not be liable for any deportation or visa/entry denial of any restriction imposed by any competent authority on the customer.
Ticket once issued cannot be changed/amended. If the Eligible customer does not reach the airport on the given time/date as mentioned in the flight ticket, his/her Voucher shall be deemed to be redeemed and cannot be re-used or reclaimed.
Standard online payment charges will be applicable to Eligible customer for paying the taxes/charges via the payment link.
The Eligible customer hereby expressly acknowledges and undertakes that Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. or DBS bank cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or any alterations to the ﬂight schedules and routes.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. would use its reasonable endeavor to deliver the ﬂight ticket to the Eligible customers at least seven days before that Eligible customers’s date of departure.
The ﬂight voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this oﬀer, and all reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability. Further, Rewardport shall not be liable for any claim from the end user of the voucher or any such thrird party for any reason.
RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of the Flight and/or the services being oﬀered by the relevant airline. RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is also not liable for any defect or deﬁciency in services so oﬀered by any of the airlines.
Eligible customer agrees and undertakes not to hold the RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., DBS bank and its directors, oﬃcers, employees etc. responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses that the customer may/might have suﬀered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suﬀer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present oﬀer.
Xxxxxx and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suﬀered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suﬀered (including loss of life), to a customer and/or a co-passenger, directly or indirectly by user or nonuser of the air ticket and/or any of the products/services oﬀered.
The Eligible customer shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the airlines (as applicable).
RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. further reserves the right to withdraw this oﬀer without notice in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, ﬂood, ﬁre, catastrophe, strikes, lockdown by government or any event beyond the reasonable control.
RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is free to invalidate any voucher being misused and demand compensation from the Eligible customer or voucher holder under such circumstances.
Redemption of the ticket is subject to the availability of seats.
Standard airline rules shall apply, and identiﬁcation may be required. The Airline Staﬀ / Manager’s decision is ﬁnal and airline rules shall apply. The holder of this oﬀer is not entitled to any preferential rights over any other airline patrons.
This Air Voucher does not include any other facilities such as food and beverages, excess baggage, etc.
Any issue related to service and issuance of ticket or baggage loss or baggage charges has to be dealt with respective airlines directly. DBS bank and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be held responsible.

General Terms and Conditions:
This oﬀer is not available to employees, agents, dealers, or distributors of DBS bank and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions are binding on the voucher holder.
The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
Oﬀer excludes booking flights on public holidays and bank holidays.
Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, shall be responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Only one voucher code per Eligible customer per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per household, per venue, per booking group (the group is deﬁned as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder) during the promotion period.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/customer. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/customer.
The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional oﬀer.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional oﬀer and holds no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional oﬀer. There shall be no refund of the unused vouchers.
This oﬀer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being oﬀered directly by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.; DBS bank is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize oﬀered with this Voucher.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the xxxxx, including but not limited to technical diﬃculties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, xxxxx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Eligible Subscriber; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of xxxxx which corrupt or aﬀect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

DBS bank not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being oﬀered by the RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. or by the airlines. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. marketing of such a product or service.
RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
By availing the Oﬀer, the Eligible customer hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the Eligible customers by xxx and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. for the purpose of this Oﬀer. Further xxxxx shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future including the promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it without any consideration to the Eligible Subscriber.
DBS bank and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. are not responsible in the event of the ﬂight being canceled by the airlines/ authorities for whatsoever reason; no refund or reschedule will be entertained xxxxx and RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. are not responsible for the quality of seats or any service discrepancies by the airlines.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
Last date to register the voucher is on or before 31^stDecember2024. Last date to book the ﬂight ticket is on or before 30^thJanuary2024. Last date to travel is on or before 31^stMarch2024
