How to Redeem

  • Eligible customer receives the voucher code from Brand.
  • Customer visit the redemption website and register the voucher code
  • Customer need to complete the registration process (“Registration”) by filling all the required details on www.dbsairoffer.rewardzpromo.com
    • Voucher Code
    • Customer name
    • Mobile Number
    • E-mail ID
    • City name
    • KYC document
  • Registration of voucher on the dedicated website www.dbsairoffer.rewardzpromo.com has to be done before 31st December 2024
  • On registration customer will get his / her unique “Authentication Code” within 24 to 48 hrs
  • Authentication Code will be valid till 30th January 2024
  • Authentication code is to be used on the same website www.dbsairoffer.rewardzpromo.com for booking the ticket
  • Customer need to enter following details for
    • Authentication Code
    • Sector / City from where customer will fly
    • Sector / City to which customer has to fly
    • 2 Options for Date of travel and Destination to be mentioned (with a gap of atleast 10 days):
    • Example: Customer wants to travel from Mumbai to Delhi, for the onwards journey (Mumbai to Delhi) the gap between the dates has to be 10 days
  • Once the booking is submitted, post 48 to 72 hrs according to the availability of air ticket, payment link will be sent to the customer for any 1 option given by the customer.
  • Once the payment is received tickets will be issued and emailed to the customer within 4 to 5 working days
